How do I buy? · 怎么购买？
Open a listing and tap Buy now. You sign in with your VibeFlow account — Facebook login, the same account as the app — and pay by FPX online banking, credit or debit card, GrabPay, Alipay, or DuitNow QR / Touch 'n Go with the receipt uploaded. Each listing shows the methods it takes and what each one charges.
打开商品，点「立即购买」。用 VibeFlow 账号登录（Facebook 登录，与 App 同一个账号），可用 FPX 网银、信用卡或借记卡、GrabPay、支付宝，或 DuitNow QR / Touch 'n Go 转账后上传凭证付款。每个商品都列出可用的付款方式和各自的手续费。
Is my payment protected? · 付款有保障吗？
Your payment is held by VibeFlow, not passed to the seller. The seller is paid only after you tap Confirm received — or, if you do nothing, 7 days after the seller marks the order shipped.
货款由 VibeFlow 代管，不会直接交给卖家。你点「确认收货」后，或卖家标记发货 7 天后你仍未操作，卖家才会收到款项。
What if something is wrong with my order? · 订单有问题怎么办？
Report it from the order page: not received, not as described, damaged, or something else. A paid or shipped order can be reported at any time, and a completed one for 14 days after it completes. Support reads every report, and a paid order is refunded by support, to the way you paid, under the Refund Policy.
在订单页面提交问题：未收到、与描述不符、损坏或其他。已付款或已发货的订单随时可以提交，已完成的订单在完成后 14 天内可以提交。客服会处理每一份申诉，已付款的订单由客服按退款政策原路退款。
Buying a game account? · 购买游戏账号？
Before you confirm the order, log in, check that the account matches the listing, and change its password and every binding — phone, email, WeChat or QQ. The seller is not paid until you confirm, or until 7 days after they mark it shipped. Some games' terms do not allow accounts to change hands.

Who sells here? · 卖家是谁？
VibeFlow members, each selling from their own profile. A blue tick next to a name means that seller has verified their identity with VibeFlow.
VibeFlow 会员，从自己的主页上架商品。名字旁的蓝色勾表示该卖家已通过 VibeFlow 身份验证。
Can I sell here? · 我可以在这里卖东西吗？
Yes. Sign in and open My shop to list an item with photos and a price. VibeFlow keeps 5% of each completed order, and the payment method's charge comes out of your share unless you pass it on to the buyer. Payouts go to the name on your verified identity.
可以。登录后打开「My shop」，上传照片、填写价格即可上架。每笔完成的订单 VibeFlow 收取 5%，付款手续费从你的收入中扣除，除非你选择由买家承担。款项只会打入与你身份验证同名的账户。
